Cold Spring Ranch is a family owned grass fed cattle operation run by Gabe and Molly Clark. We operate Cold Spring Ranch to offer the highest quality grass fed and grass finished beef we can produce. We manage the 320 acres of pastures, hayfields and woodlands in an environmentally friendly manner with the belief that healthy fields and forests will provide abundant habitat for wildlife and the finest tasting beef possible. We currently produce grass fed beef year round; processing beef weekly so fresh product is always available. We hope you enjoy our beef as much as we enjoy raising it and join us in eating locally.
